SAWS trouble

The water utility here is called SAWS : San Antonio
Water System. They are gauging me on my water bill.for several months now I get nothing but grief from them.the previous months paid bill is added into the balance on the following months bill.this is official oppression. I even have had difficulty getting a lawyer to write a letter to put a stop to this blatant gauging.

What is really curious about it is the issue of: STANDING ROCK. I have a sign in my front yard which says STANDING ROCK and on back it says TURN ON THE WATER. Earlier on in the effort to PROTECT the water the source of water to the kids,yes kids- this began by a group of middle school kids ages 11-14,their water was turned off.They toughed it out thru the summer, and handed off this issue to the adults. The kids shuttle back and forth,they have school,work torwards graduation, etc.

This sign went up and my water got turned off without prior notification. I got it turned back on the next day.But is SAWS a water utility linked somehow to Bakken Oil? Or was that just a weird coincidence?

Here's what it would say: don't use a milk crate strapped onto your bicycle for a basket, [ milk crates are considered stolen property, you could wind up in jail,like an unlucky dude in Florida], get bicycle panniers, wood crates,or wire basket, or use 2 of the reusable cloth grocery bags,and tie the straps together, then hang these over the bonrager rack for your grocery commute. Make sure you have lights for cloudy overcast weather and or any night time riding.And always wear a helmet and click the chin strap.unsecured helmets fall off before the impact- so click it and keep your head intact.💀

I recently got web service at home,I'd had put off getting it since then idea of free web/net neutrality sounded appealing. Someone didn't like it,and messed with the box on the house cuttings the ground wire and yanking it from its screws into the stucco... Sucked. So the tech guy came out to fix it,then when he re- established my connection he forgot some important details. And in the same two day time frame I get call from expensive retailers regarding picking up purchases that I did NOT make!!! WTF!!

when I was a student we were taught the motto if it bleeds it leads,this is how the media determines what is important, what gets the most attention. since the 5 bicyclists were killed in Kalamazoo Michigan there have been other horrendous events screaming for our media attention, terrorist attack in Orlando Florida and a toddler  attacked by a gator. what of the four surviving injured cyclists? how have they faired?have any succumbed to their injuries?
and what about the driver?was he drunk,on drugs,on the phone? more people are on their bikes now that the weather is nice.drivers need to be aware of our presence on the road as well as the rules that apply to us.Quit honking and yelling at us to get on the sidewalk! 
there are big diamond shaped warning signs with a bicycle on it to remind drivers to share the road,give em 3 ft when passing.

5 bicyclists killed

5 bicyclists were killed this morning in Kalamazoo Michigan.
get this a half hour before the truck plowed over the group of bicycle riders the police had received numerous calls about this truck. 
These deaths were preventable. Here in San Antonio we have had numerous people killed because the driver was on their smart phone, on Skype,updating Facebook, texting,etc.
In the past week I have encountered self absorbed distracted drivers more concerned about their smart phone, than about driving.please,get off the phone,or don't operate a motorized vehicle, while you transport yourself.

on 3.16.2016 i was riding my bicycle in the street on the way home from an errand.during the middle of the day,not during rush hour. i ride according to the rules for transportation for Texas, follow the rules of the road, stop at stop signs,red lights,use hand signals to indicate turning,wear a helmet,use proper lighting white in front,red in the rear for visibility,and use a neon colored backpack.i even have lights on my spokes opposite the reflector that change colors.i commute regularly by bicycle. despite having had people throw soft drinks at me on several occasions this particular adventure in cycling is more on the creep side. 

a white dodge ram long bed pickup truck passed me on my left as we {myself and the truck} both traveled east bound on Eisenhauer Rd. this truck had a red cord hanging from the tail gate latch. i did not get the license plate number. but they were Texas plates. heres the creep part. motor vehicles are supposed to give bicyclist 3ft. of space when passing us. he gave me between 6-12  inches,yes- 1ft at most. and beeped the horn and used the obscene had gesture. this was deliberately dangerous. be wary 78218.

please go to apple.com and read the letter that Tim Cook wrote to customers and please read the links as well addressing the issues of cyber security. Tim Cook is right. the FBI complained about this iPhone before it hit the stores. they have been using the fear bludgeon of national security to demand their way too much. more and more our rights our trampled upon and taken away from us. since national security and cyber security go hand in hand all the more reason to protect and insist upon more encryption,and not demand,and require the destruction of what is so far the best encryption system there is.

also, when are they going to charge ms.hillary clinton with the major violations of national security,some for which, pfc. manning sits in prison for having discovered and exposed the same violations, thereof.

The pillow on his head, on his face?! really. And a judge pronounced him dead over the telephone. No police investigation, and no autopsy is being done. He died at a resort in Texas on the southern border.this is way too suspicious even if some people don't like him.He was a Supreme Court Judge.
